tomato with basil, fresh parmesan and olive oil

Slice tomatoes and lay on lettuce on large plate. Chop fresh basil leaves and shred fresh parmesan cheese then sprinkle both on top of tomatoes. Drizzle with a cold pressed olive oil. Can add some cucumber spears arranged around the plate for some crunch and color.  Very good food!
